Any time after the age of 6 to 7 months when your child learns to sit comfortably with support then you can start using a highchair it is not a problem but yes you have to make sure that you try this comfortable sitting on highchair as a lot of kids hate it but the parents want them to sing so just make sure child discomfort or high
