Simran NandaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. you can start with finger toothbrush in starting as it has very soft bristles that do not harm gums. when baby becomes used too then go for normal toothbrush for kids. also use a good toothpaste. like mamaearth orange flavour toothpaste. it is fluoride free and has a good taste that is loved by the kids. protects teeth against cavities and also controls the foul smell.

Hi 1 1/2 years is the right age for you to introduce fluoride free toothpaste to the child along with any toothbrush that you want to see if your child has got even 14 as of now you should start brushing twice a day so try to maintain proper wind hygiene from the beginning itself
