when to start sugar and salt for babies?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Sugar can be given by after the age of one year to the child but salt can be given at an early age of seven months and all kind of necessary spices should be given and including Chile that you can introduce from the age of 8 to 9 months
