when to start giving gripe water ? and my baby spits milk what to do for that

A. Hi mom Gripe water is not recommended for the babies as it contains alcohol and opium like substance which is not good for babies. Little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies. This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up. Use Good baby brand available like #Babyhug products for healthy and glowing skin of the baby. Take care
