When to start exercise n running after c sec delivery?

A. you cab start a simpo walk after two months but all other exercise that need you to bend or put strain on tge tummy should be done after six months only

A. Hello ma’am The stages in C section takes a lot of time to heal completely say about 6 to 8 months so you can only exercise after that once your stitches are completely healed. And for initial six months it’s a big no because you are exclusively breastfeeding the baby it’s not recommended to go for any kind of workout so once you’re such as heal completely you can go for the kind of workout that suits you
