A. after 4 months post pregnancy .gradually start light exercises and consult a dietitian for a suitable diet based on your lifestyle and age. incorporate simple yoga like surya namaskar, practice pranayam, and walk regularly for weight loss and reducing tummy fat. ensure you consume enough cereals, pulses, vegetables, milk, and fruits for adequate calories and protein, and stay hydrated to cleanse your system and boost metabolism.
