Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Mother's milk till then takes care of water and other nutritional requirements of baby's body. Once the baby completes 6 months, start with either one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually.
