ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, at the age of 8 months, you can introduce egg whites to your baby. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. Always give well cooked egg.

You Actually can introduce it after completing the age of 12 months prior to that after completing the age of eight months you can introduce yellow bath to the child and up till 12 months of age you can give only yellow and later after that you can give wide and an entire egg to the child
