Q.
My baby is 9 months old. Is it right time to introduce egg white to him ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom eggs can be introduce from the age of 8 months onwards but only the Yellow part and that’s the yolk only as whole eggs along with white can be given only from the age of one year onwards

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. No You have to introduce egg yellow force and white part can only be introduced after the age of 12 months so basically after the age of 12 months you can give an entire egg to the child but as of now you have to stick to yellow part only
