shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You have to give this medicine once in 24 hour. So you can give it any time but you have to repeat it in every 24 hours. Mostly doctors recommend to give a dam and drop still your baby turned one-year-old so you should just continue giving this medicine as advised by your doctor
