When the baby of 9 months old tries to communicate something or needs something, he exerts all his strength to make a sound—grinding his teeth until his face turns red. Is it Normal or something else ?

A. Your child is trying to communicate and when the child is unable to do so sometimes they get frustrated because kids don’t have very clear speech in this age so it’s normal cluttering of the teeth is normal to be seen there is believe associated with which is again fine but he said the child has to apply a lot of pressure and the difficulty is there and check with the doctor
