when should I start exercise and yoga for reducing belly fat.My baby is 5month old now and he is exclusively on mother milk.

A. no problem you can start now exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with any kind of an exercise that you want to not regret but basic yoga and all you can go for brisk walking Zumba and And if you had a C-section then you will have to to wait for eight months of your delivery because of them know you’re such as have to heal completely before you go for an exerciseWrite Your Answer Here
