Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can introduce sips of water in between meals. Give your baby a sipper to hold on to and she can sip water whenever she feels like. Continue breast feeding as before. Give 3 solid meals along with atleast 2 sessions of breast feeding or formula feeding.
