personally ,I believe that if a child is happy and active, gains enough weight , achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of extra medicines.
you just need to offer homemade healthy diet.
maintain good hydration.
give sunlight exposure for 20 minutes a day.
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
