When my baby takes bath his skin is getting reacted and it is observed from yesterday... Please let me know about this and if any solution for this. This is observed in face too

A. it may be any allergy. Child specialist should see the baby . May be it is some underline problem that baby having the symptoms . Some routine test can be done precaution basis of required . No self treatment should be given to baby .
