when m last went to my baby routine checkup her weight 3.8 at 45 days now she is 98days old her weigjt is 4.6 .her birth weight is 2.5 is it normal

So Just by the birth weight your child has gained 2 KG in three months so that’s very very good and you just I do not have to go for the regular checkup you just go ahead with your vaccination on that time only you get a regular check up done if there is an issue that your child is facing then you need to visit the paediatrician otherwise not
