when I will start my diet, currently my baby is 4 month 20 days old and I am gaining my weight continuously and I am breast feeding mother and my pre delivery weight was 70kg and now it's 91 kg

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon for at least 6 months after the delivery it is not at all advisable to try any form of dieting but I would definitely recommend you to try to stay away from junk food as much as possible
