when I touch my baby's neck on right side something like a very small ball moves is it normal thing on kids or something serious

A. It could be associated with lipoma which is a fat ball which moves around here and there so I’m just going to advise you to kindly take an assessment with your doctor one time your doctor will be able to give correct assistance on the same
