nothing should be given to the child other than breast milk till six months are complete not even water
Breast milk is most nutritious supports growth is safe and complete food for baby

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till the baby complete 6 months and do not give baby any food till then and if the breast milk is not sufficient you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
