When i gave antibiotic syrup my baby vomitt it. After that can we give it one more or that’s enough

If the child warms within first 30 minutes of taking the medicine then you can repeat it because actually the medicine starts working after a while and between that much of a time the medicine has been spitted out or vomited that means the medicine has not reached the place where it is meant to be
