When I expressed milk in the morning from both the breast I just got foremilk and I didn't get any hind milk.. reason? and is it ok to give my baby only foremilk?

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to come for a longer time when you pump for a long enough period of time then you would be able to get hindmilk also and there is no problem in giving foremilk
