You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli...
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that the babies taste but are not developed here so they do not recognise taste as we do they do not require any salt or sugar for the entire first year just continue to give a variety of options. their kidney is not fully developed and hence they should not be given salt
