when can I start to travel after cesarean delivery???

You’re not supposed to put extra pressure on your abdomen until at least six months and if you’re talking about just going about in the car outside for an hour or two you can go after for completed weeks.

as your body needs breastmilk always and your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly so please avoid if possible

you can travel once you feel comfortable or feeling well.
your c section scars should be healed enough.
please take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
