When can i start outside food for my 3 month old son. Currently only on my milk. What food i can give ?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. start outside food not now it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months after baby complete six you can start with ragi Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin remember one new food one at a time
