Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! As baby is 8 months old feed solids thrice a day . Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, oats, Dalia sooji, porridge, upma, mashed rice with dal/curd, idly,ragi porridge. Egg(scrambled/omlet/pancakes,bujia) is suggested from one year+ onwards because one year below can't digest egg .
