Maggi is not a Nutritious food. it contains maida & is fried.
best it to avoid it as much as possible.
In case of temptation, have it occassionally by adding chicken, Vegetables, paneer to it to make it more nutritious

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
