When and how to start giving cow milk to my baby? What should be milk and water ratio?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. after 1 year it's ideal time to start cow milk. breast milk or formula milk is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You should give it after completing the age of 12 months about 20 to 30% of water can be added to begin with and then you can reduce down the amount of water in the milk as you see that your child is able to digest it well
