when a child is suffering from influenza all of a sudden he ll stop getting fever or will it be gradual.gradual then how I mean the duration btwn time without fever increase or the temperature will be reducing everytime they get fever after a break .coz my son is getting fever every 6hours

A. will improve in 3 to 4 days for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere
