when 5year toddlers suffering from little fever along with stomach pain what can I give in home before going to doctor.getting little vomit as well

A. Domastal this is going to be good for stomach pain as well as vomiting issues for your child maybe your child is having indigestion or some other other issue right now you can give this medicine as per the need but yes it’s a good decision to consult the doctor
