U See postpartum hair fall is very normal and common with Women after delivering so you can go ahead in including proteins and I don’t is died that’s going to be very very helpful for you you can go ahead with iron supplements as well and you can make a mix of almond oil and castor oil and then is then that’s oil you can apply regularly
