As ur baby is one year almost give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Give all that you cook for your family and the food that belongs to ur culture..
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, non veg food, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc.
