This is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper gyuidance by your doctor regarding any such kind of query so that anything should not be missedh . so a proper guidance can be taken just to rule out any other possibility ...

Teething Could be one of the biggest reasons behind it as when a child is having it see that most of the cases you can go ahead with check if this out that they have too much of saliva so I think that is one of the best reason that I can suggest you currently for that
