Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. 4.6 to 7.4 is the ideal range for a 3 month old baby girl however it also depends on the birth weight please remember that the birth weight will double at 6 months old and 8881 year old also for the first three months the baby will put on anywhere between 150 to 200 grams per week
