what we should give to child so his weight can increase.

A. Hello mom as he is now one year and above he can be given regular foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions for him now , so cows milk , ghee , curds , panner can be given , whole eggs and non veg if preferred, dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes like Channa, rajma , dals , cereals and millets , Fruits and vegetables, soya , sago etc

A. hi dear When a drop in weight is a concern “Sometimes toddlers will lose weight as they become more active,” Dr. Radhakrishnan notes. “Their weight may drop in relation to their height but the child can still continue to progress at a normal rate for their age.Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods. As always follow a 3 day test rule
