Hello mom as he is now one year and above he can be given regular foods made at home for the family , no much restrictions for him now , so cows milk , ghee , curds , panner can be given , whole eggs and non veg if preferred, dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes like Channa, rajma , dals , cereals and millets , Fruits and vegetables, soya , sago etc

When a drop in weight is a concern
