You could give them rice roti, dal, panner, curds, ghee, dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also you could give them , egg yolk, fish etc as well, seasonal fruits and vegetables as well

You can give basic varieties made out of ragi Suji and oats Khichdi and porridge can be given to the child along with that you can give different dairy products to the child water is very very important to be given to the child and most importantly all kind of fruits and vegetables should also be offered
