what type of oats I can feed my 1 year old baby

A. Oats food preperation: Take the required oats and fry in a pan and make powder the same in the mixie. Take small amount of banana / apple cut into small pieces add it with hot water and mix it well till like a semi solid state. Add both oats mixture + fruits mixture and boil it and make like a semi solid state cool down and give the same to the baby in warm condition.
