I think u r asking for your 1 years old child
A 1 year old child can have normal home cooked food with less oil and spices
Veg khichdi, mix vegetables or aloo or paneer or cheese or mix paratha, upma, poha, daliya, oats and dishes made from them, dosa, idli, smoothies, milk shakes, fruits, veg soup, vermicelli, dry fruit ladoo, peanut chilli ( if the child can chew such hard food), eggs, Lean chicken or fish
Avoid excess intake of biscuits, chips and packaged food
Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to ask this question that your child has already completed one year you don't really need to bother you can simply go ahead and give your child family food this way she gets a variety of food items to eat the Thumb Rule that you need to follow as each meal contain some amount of protein carbohydrates good fats and there should be at least 4 servings of fruits and vegetables throughout the day
