what type of food and actives we have to follow for growing proper height of a kid .

A. Food Should be as regular as you can keep basically what you are eating on an every day basis you just have to give the same food to the child just you can increase the amount of protein into the daily diet apart from that when it comes to activities now your child must be really walking and all so try to make your child to different different activities yoga postures which is easy for a child so this with the energy will be channelised in your child will be hungry and the appetite will also increase
