A. it will be a better option if you take proper advice from your gynecologist regarding this as she will be a better person to guide you regarding this problem, you can get all your queries cleared in detail and receive proper ttt.treatment if required for this.

A. hello...mercury high fishes should be avoided...There are certain foods which should be avoided in breastfeeding...also as coffee and tea contain caffeine have only one or ywo cups max....also avoid chocolate spices (cinnamon, curry, chili pepper) citrus fruits and their juices, like oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit strawberries kiwifruit pineapple the "gassy" veggies (onion, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers, and peppers) fruits with a laxative effect, such as cherries and prunes...
