Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as per my opinion, if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of extra medicines. just offer homemade healthy food keep your child well hydrated provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day dress your child in weather appropriate clothes maintain good hygiene
