SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Slowly start to give in mashed form and a bit normal form. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil
