Hi, 8 AM-Raggi porridge 11 AM-any vegetable purée 1 PM-Khichdi, rice and dal porridge 4 PM-any fruit purée, Any fruit juice without sugar and salt 7 PM-Upma, Idli. With this give lukewarm water and you can also give Dal water. Always feed in sitting position.Write Your Answer Here
