Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydrationar baby is having normal weight for the age if baby is suffering from loose motions
