seasonal fruits
curd, paneer
add powdered nuts like almonds to baby's food.
add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello toy can be giving your child semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and you can give baby home made cerelac rice well cooked dal ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi which are all healthy and nutritious and safe
