Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. being a breastfeeding mother you should take plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet and if there is any need you can consult with your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear all your queries in proper details which would be better for a proper guidance.
