U Should I good amount of liquid you can take protein Phiber and green leafy vegetables in your diet fruits and as well as good amount of lentils should be there along with that I would like to tell you that there is no way to increase the breast nipple size I can tell you about breastfeeding if it works also take some kind of a lactation supplement as well
