Hello mom as the baby by now tend to get used to liquids and semi solids you may gradually increase their quantities and also number of of meals and variety as well . So you can give some steamed vegetables and soups , fresh fruit juices or purée or porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix or kichidi or curds and ghee
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, after baby completes 7 months, you can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, vegetable purée, khichadi, vegetable dal rice.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
You can add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Continue to breastfeed.
