ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 monthold and if you don’t burp him properly after every feeding and if he goes to sleep then might be causing middle ear infection by milk entertainment in the middle ear

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. you can clean with cotton cloth avoid excessive feeding Spitting is common in babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor give domstal as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
