Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Eat a bowl of Sabudana or eat a bowl of oats. Try to feed the baby more frequently because the more the demand is, the more supply becomes. Take ample amount of rest and do not take stress. Drink lots of water. Include garlic, drumstick, spinach, fennel seeds, cumin seeds in your diet. Massage your breasts each time before feeding. Breast compressions also help.
