what to do if there is milk collected in one breast and it becomes very painful to feed? how to resolved that ?

A. You can actually do hot compress it really helps a lot in reducing down the pain and when the milk actually accumulate a lot it is called engorgement so hot compress is going to be very helpful for you in this case
